- If your order does not arrive at your specified address, you may request a refund. Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct, as undeliverable addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Requests
- If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
- For Superclone grade watches that are returned for reasons other than damage or defects, a $99 restocking fee will apply.
- Regular grade watches are refundable only in cases of manufacturing defects. Please note: slight variations from authentic models are considered normal for this grade.
Return Process

- All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service. Tracking details should be shared with us to ensure a smooth process.
- For faster resolution in case of defects, we recommend recording your unboxing experience as proof of the item’s condition on arrival.
